Question to the smarter kids regarding UKs BLA OK ... The way I understand it is that once a treatment/drug is approved for public use, a doctor is given latitude to prescribe that drug for a different indication. But how would that be applied in the case of a combo-therapy? Does leronlimab have to be administered only in combo form? If so, might that reduce the chance a doctor prescribing it for Covid?
Or more to the point, ifwhen this leads to UK approval for HIV, are there paths or back alleys to LL being prescribed for Covid?
Thanks for the feedback.
