Extending the soc arm to 42 days probably gives us the higher mortality in soc to get stat sig.>>

My concern is that the trial design, from what I understand, allows only two 700 ml injections. What if it's not enough? Are the patients left on their own devices or SOC after the second injection? If so some of them would likely also die by the 42nd day.
