If we are very close to p = .05 (doubtful) then it might not matter anyway. Better SOC could push us over to not statistically significant at 293 patients. 10 patients on dexamethasone would probably do that.
If we are very close to p = .005 or even p = .01 then we meet the standard of " might be of clinical benefit" necessary for an EUA.
