What are you talking about lol... First even if the shares converted which I seriously doubt as Scott said that's 2M which is nothing compared to the OS now. To think the AS would have to increase makes no sense. When the SP reaches .20 the company will be doing great and my opinion they will already of been debt free and will be able to pay off this note with no share conversions.
As far as a RS I'm in for that if it moves us off the OTC only and I'm sure Gary feels the same way.

Flippers, day traders might make a few dollars here and there but the long term investor will become wealthy with 1/2 the work.
