I do not believe this is the case. We don't know how much of the previous debt still remains at this point. Maybe none of it? Also, we have plenty of time before this loan is due. Even if it was to be converted, it would only be 2 million shares at .20 cents. All in all, I think we are in a very good spot and it's only getting better.
