Please do not forget the "evergreen" clause that could potentially add 1%/yr of OS over 10 yrs to the compensation package. Right now that could be projected as over 50M additional shares on top of the already authorized 25M shares.

Yes, it could be voted by the BOD each year to not execute the "evergreen" shares for that year.... but I have yet to see that frugality displayed by this BOD.
