To be clear, the idea that CYDY may have slowed enrollment in anticipation of the DSMC halting the trial is only an opinion of a few investors on this board (I’m just repeating what they discussed). There’s no evidence this I actually what occurred around the end of September and beginning of October.
“I really hope it is not a case of raising $10M's to pay the BOD, but not to accelerate the business.”
The 25 million shares, worth around $70 million at today’s PPS, is only for compensating NP, the BOD, and to recruit “talent.” The other 75 million shares of the approved 100 million shares can be used to raise funds.
