When clinical trials are halted for overwhelming evidence of efficacy, they don't wait 5 days and let placebo patients continue to suffer and expire. All trial sites are notified immediately and placebo patients receive the treatment therapy. There's no way the trial was halted and CytoDyn didn't make that information public.
Our abysmal enrollment statistics do not support the notion of a halted trial -- they merely support the notion of a company that is distracted and unwilling to pay money to enroll more patients because of a hope to achieve an interim EUA or approval.
Lastly, if the FDA was willing to grant a Phase 4 Confirmational, we'd already know it by now.
However, you are absolutely entitled to your opinion -- as am I.
