I'm pretty certain (hunch) that all that is known, and planned for the CC on 10/20, is locked in. I can't imagine setting up a public call without already having all the answers set.
NP put out the PR last night to "beat" his time commitment (yay!), although he fell short of the "big news" (boo!). They are working on how to present the information in the most positive way, and having Legal approve it. If I were CEO or on the exec team, I would have been just as hopeful and expectant of an immediate halt of the trial as any SH. I'd have to slough off the disappointment, and delay putting the disappointment out there publicly to give SHs (i.e. CDiddy, etc.) time to settle down.
That said, the "disappointment" isn't all that bad really. I will get that Red Ryder BB gun, but maybe not until after Christmas this year. I wouldn't want to "put my eye out".
