OMG!, OMG! - what does Cytodyn's signing an agreement with a company in the Philipines mean?!?!?! It means they are working on building out the logistical capability to deliver their product. Does it mean they have found the ultimate cure for everything? Is it a clever subterfuge to undermine the shorts? No to both.
