Because you say so? I've seen a lot of very annoying hype around the last two PRs. Cytodyn is a publicly traded company. They need to communicate anything of significance to real investors. Even if it seems utterly boring to those with a short term interest in the company.

OMG!, OMG! - what does Cytodyn's signing an agreement with a company in the Philipines mean?!?!?! It means they are working on building out the logistical capability to deliver their product. Does it mean they have found the ultimate cure for everything? Is it a clever subterfuge to undermine the shorts? No to both. As an investor, it's good to know with which companies Cytodyn is forming partnerships
