BigOH ...... my only thought is that I figured they had gotten a good recommendation on "THIS Firm" ..... because of all the problems they had with slow fillings of their "Last Firm"!
We all try to upgrade from our previous mistakes in life.

I just hope we get to Smooth Sailing pretty soon.
