Not disagreeing with your response too much but the governments are already playing big brother by saying which businesses win or lose depending on what each state decides should be open or closed. We already know based on studies that approximately a third of the restaurants will ne closing permanently
The app with the testing allows companies to decide if they want to implement rules of engagement with their customers as long as the government steps aside and says it’s ok to open if these technologies and therapeutics are in place. Airlines are already looking at the app being mandatory.
