Technically you are mostly right, this follows the Test/Treat/Trace strategy (although you didn’t address the tracing). However, the US will never accept such a Big Brother approach to mandatory testing with proof. We still have 40% of the country who think it’s a hoax or not a big deal. Which leads me to the fact that therapeutics are even more necessary.
