They did the exact same thing, completely removed the website and replace it with an announcement ("Quantum Materials Corp. has industry-changing news to share. Soon." ), in September 2019 when they announced anti-counterfeiting.

The hash tags were also introduced in Sept 2019.
I would agree that this is probably not a QDX HealthID announcement, based on no change to the QDXH website, but something different.
Last year's QMC website makeover didn't signal immediate revenues, not convinced that this year's does either.
Hopefully we will see.
