Totally agree with the spirit of your post.
I hope its a quantum leap.
I think there has already been a paradigm shift within QMC. New executives like Williams and highly regarded business advisors and now 20 employees hired from companies like Amazon and IBM mean Squires is no longer flying solo. Believe me, that's a big change.
Finally, in thinking about "industry-changing", something like that can't be done alone. It needs an ecosystem.
