Maybe im naive but the sides effects you mention are the side effects I get every year with the current flu shot.
Also 1 or 2 documented outliars out of thousands hardly makes a case to scrap the rna/ dna method. They would have to fail spectacularly like the one in the 60s where many healthy people were dying.
