We should see a 14C notice after the close today.
I have never been part of a RS that worked out for shareholders, whether it was a 1 for 20, or 1 for 200. Been through some bigger ones as well.
Often the stock drops during the 20 days with the symbol having the D on the end, , and sometimes runs after, but every split I have been through, the pps always drifted back to where it was pre-split, due to continuing dilution.
If the last note converted and we were debt free, there was no reason to do that today. Mexus burns through a couple of hundred thousand dollars per quarter and My guess is that PT needs money for operations, and after exhausting the private placement Avenue, it’s easier to get loans with just over 100 million shares outstanding than it is with over 2 Billion.
