Tech - Very good scenario. I would also add that in favor of an EUA the FDA has to be looking at the total lack of SAE's in over 1000 patients treated with LL over the last several years. When (not if) they issue an EUA (or maybe an approval??), I would think that they would highlight that aspect in any announcement they make (especially with all the hoopla around the politicizing going on with drug approvals).
