If NP indeed quoted FDA's response verbatim we apparently have missed the most important of all FDA's messages to us. I wonder if it's not the first and only line in the entire history of this organization. To say "we are not interested in M/M indication" after approving the trial is not only to abuse our company and us but in fact to arrogantly proclaim that this group of bureaucrats are above the American people. Did the American people give them the mandate to decide what sick Americans deserve to be treated by medication or not? I can't think of a more cynical message which offends me as a citizen and makes me fear as an investor.
