Trials for definition have a Hight bar (statistical significance to the level of p<=0.05).
It is always difficult to make it to the goalpost as the statistics of successful drugs attest.
Of course, it would be better to launch 4 separate trials. Mild, Moderate, Serious and Critical.
But is easier saying than doing. We are a small company with limited resources (that is why our SP is $3 dollars and not $100+). Which makes the R/R more attractive.

, this is the beauty of the markets, we all have different opinions and "vote" with our money accordingly.
I am very long as I think we have a good possibility of being successful, now in the interim or latter in full enrollment.
