Rod, I consider myself a fairly objective investor.
IMHO Ted got me beat in that department, he has provided great unbiased DD for the rest of us on both boards.
He has straighten me out on a few misinterpretation I had in the past, instead of getting angry I appreciate getting it right.
If you think his interpretation in the K&L Gates lawsuit is wrong state your case why (like post 15566 by Djpele), don't stoop to the levels of the other board. please.
