They do in professional body builders injecting HGH (and roids?) among other cocktails. HGH gut or distended belly is the tell-tale. I'm not an epidemiologist, but I do lift weights and wanted to be a pro bodybuilder at one time. I wasn't willing to inject myself to get to the next level. You NEVER do just one cycle, so I gave up.
