Prior to Covid we used to have Reps come in on weekly basis pushing a new surgical device or instrument or product on me. Some would even go as far as asking to be present in my OR to watch and assist in order to make the sale easier.
Marketing does help and it does put the product on the forefront. I’m not saying we need to have door to door sales people knocking on doors but for gods sakes do something !!! Proactive videos don’t do it. We need a plan and a designated marketing team in my opinion.
