In my opinion the probable reason for the NP/BP separation can be found in the renumeration requested by BP. The renumeration being in the form of CYDY stock or warrants. BP's ask could have been satisfied by the issuance of new CYDY stock. New stock issuance happened but it is going to NP and BOD.
