The interests of CYDY Shareholders, Drs. BP and NP are best served by bridging the differences and resolving the grievances between IncellDx and Cytodyn. IMHO, the Intellectual Property each owns are worth much more aligned than separate. In fact, whether they like it or not, or will admit it, they were in the recent past, "joined at the hip". Whatever caused the separation must be addressed and put in the rearview mirror. Dr. NP and Dr. BP, if you are reading this, please seek mediation. There are plenty of mediation organizations which are devoted to amicably and fairly settling disagreements and disputes between all types of entities, personal and business. Find one and get it done.
