Just the breakdown I was looking for. I do admit, I think I preferred your first, whisky drinking calculation more (despite having incorrect numbers).
Based on your newest calculation, I think we're going to have a difficult time at obtaining a ~63% decrease in mortality, to receive a halt at interim. I have not done the math, nor am a statistician, but it seems like if we have even a remote shot at getting halted, our total trial mortality rates need to be significantly higher.
Let's hope for something positive.
