One of two outcomes probably occurred and maybe we find out today in the meeting:
1) NASDAQ got back to Cydy with some follow up needs so waiting on that from Cydy
2) CYdy not deemed ready as of yet by NASDAQ
CYdy does not need to release any Pr if number 2 occurs. It’s not considered material like a trial failure or some event that would affect the companies operating capability.
