Re: craigakess #58135
Being in the industry for as long as I was I look back at Cytodyn with zero trials and zero patients back in January of this year. Fast forward to September and the drug is positioned well for an EAM in the UK as well as a potential approval by the end of this year by the FDA. That is fast . I have seen many big Pharma companies surprised by a ruling by the FDA, some of those decisions to delay over the most minor items they weren’t picked up by the Pharma company when they reviewed their work .Lilly earlier lost a month because for a minor trip up.. I can also say after watching large Pharma execs who are comped in the 10’s of millions a year ( salary plus stock) , they couldn’t handle running an 18 person company with no marketing dollars and more importantly, no big bucks for lobbying and building relationships in Washington DC and within the agencies..and a company whose current home is the OTC. They wouldn’t make it..
