Beyond leronlimab and the bbb, if TNF alpha and il6 remain systemically elevated, symptoms of myalgia, fatigue, brain fog, etc will persist.
Leronlimab addresses this elevation.
My guess (the medicine gets way over my head and speculative as to the impact of leronlimab) that BBB penetration will matter much more for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, etc more than systemic inflammation post-Covid/long haulers with a cognitive aspect.
