The MAJOR reason he moved to Colorado was to get away from this type of corruption from our legislatures so I do not have an issue with the lengthy contract signings as all the I's need to be dotted and the T's crossed and being the daily managing member of our LLC I didn't quite understand what took so long then when the 49 some pages came....whew....simple.????
