One thing I am finding interesting (and maybe discussed else where , i don't know) is the issue of Corporate Governance.
Having been involved in startups that from gone from idea to IPO that has been something that those companies had to sort before NYSE or NASDAQ. Its something big fund's and other investors look at/for.
Has there been any opinions voiced to date?
