The more BPD the better.  I'm not if it's worth PR'ing the newly found 25 BPD since as far as the shorters are concerned;  Treaty won't make it if they can help it.  What amazes me is that Treaty has been under attack for two years but have played right into the shorters hands with inflated PR's and lack of production.  It's time to step up and execute the plan.
