.015 isn't cheap as we speak today, given the .013 area we currently reside in.  If there is truly manipulation as many here believe, then when there is positive news, there will be an all out battle for supremacy between "us" and "them".  It will take a chitload of buying to blow through their defenses.  My guess is that if we have more than 25 bpd for this coming report, we will see some movement.  If we get well above that, say 40 bpd, then we might have a small breakout.  Next month's report will be VERY IMPORTANT to us longs, if we see 100+ bpd then we will likely see a major breakout.
