True but unmet expectations and presenting supposed facts that the company intentionally misled investors is completely different.  There are posts that imply lies and misappopriated funds and auditing. Most posts dance around it but Ive seen a few cross the line.  Motives wouldnt even have to be proven IMO just negligence... IMO it would be a teeny tiny step towards rebuilding credibilty.   Oil 1st then go after these scumbags
