RLFTF/NeuroRx requested EUA from FDA based on 21 patients in their expanded use program.
I own a little RLFTF so I'm following them and they put out a press release this morning about the EUA request even though the results on these patients are months old. Their severe trial should be finished some time soon, maybe early Oct but they have only 144 patients, which is 51 fewer than our 195 at interim analysis.
Not sure why they just wouldn't wait but their guy Dr Javitt seems to be very close with the FDA so something may be up. I'm not sure what to make of it. They aren't nearly as frequent with the PR's as Nader so maybe it's something important, or maybe not. The share price went up a tiny bit this morning but is coming back down.
