Now the VERB non shareholders (a.k.a trolls) that were 'concerned' about reviews and our investments can sleep again
BTW, I've been in this business for a long time and have never posted a review of a software company so the fact that VERB has over 20,000 reviews is phenomenal
The fact that the average is 4.9 is phenomenal considering people are more likely to review technology when they have a complaint
And 90% of that time, it's a user error
What we also know is, some people complain when they don't even use a product or have a vested interest which one would call trolls.
"A forum troll is someone who actively watches a forum. Not to be confused with a lurker, or just a forum frequenter, the troll annoys, pesters, and generally insults"
