I can't remember how long you've been involved w GNBT, Assiduous. But one other factor you have to take into account is that Joe often uses several different time phrases.
He frequently uses "in the coming days"; but he also frequently uses "in the coming weeks", "in the coming months", and combinations of those.
So if he chooses to use "in the coming days", as he did on the last call, one could note that he chose NOT to use "in the coming weeks" and assume that he means maybe the next 10 days (?).
However, the safe harbor statement that is read at the beginning of every call specifically instructs us not to rely on any such time statements. So I suppose Joe can say anything he wants, and we cannot truly hold him to any of these time frames.
