These questions and others are actually about NGIO not GNBT. Since NGIO is a separate company with SEC filings 10-Q, 8-Ks, etc. I am wondering if the lack of PRs is simply due to the IPO mandated Quiet Period? See links:

I think we must start really thinking about NGIO and GNBT as truly separate entities. If I am right, then it is a waste of time/effort fretting about information pertaining about NGIO until the IPO goes into effect and contain our postings to the GNBT corporate culpability.
If I am wrong on my Quiet Period assumptions, someone please correct me. The last thing I want to do is dump more mishmash on what to me has been a hodgepodge of posting over the last week. No offence implied to anyone.
