"Nader is losing his temper and that is not good. His behavior during the conference(s) needs polishing. He is dealing with respectful questions that need to be addressed respectfully and thoroughly. I know he is not, but sometimes came across as insolent during last meeting."
After sleeping on it, I think this is the thing that really bothered me the most that our CEO acted like that on a public call with people that have taken a leap of faith (for me it's been several years in) and invested in him and this company. Acting like this while asking for compensation. It really turned me totally off and changed my vote on the compensation question. Dr. NP, I know it can be frustrating and stressful but you need to bring your best to represent OUR company and not dismiss the people that are in this with you. I'll get over it but you shook my confidence and we all know confidence in the product and company is very valuable. The monetary loss today is proof that your words carry weight. Lesson learned, let's move on.
