Some of my thoughts about the call (after a good night's sleep and a a morning coffee).
THE GOOD::
1) The BB has been confirmed (after Ohm announced it here few months back). This opens infinite possibilities for medical application and money-wise. a 70%-75% occupancy if CCR5 in the brain means we can get there and do some good in many conditions. For me, this is the biggest take of the CC. Name AZ or MS ...
2) The long Hauler study will be launched
3) The doctor's statements , some of them participating in trials re-enforce what we know: LL works and the trials will produce good outcomes. They are in the front trenches and I found their statements heartening.
4) The science has not gone anywhere
5) NASH trial will start soon (November ?). Another huge indication with huge $ prize.
6) S/C will the the most immediate catalyzer. Likely will perform well.
7) NASDAQ listing is imminent. Waiting for them to answer. Financing, if necessary, will be obtained through bank(s)
EAMS Early Access medicines Scheme in U.K. still alive and kicking. Likely will will get approval for this.
9) Some papers depicting LL efficacy will be published soon. This will inform the scientific community and public at large.
THE BAD::
1) Need to wait 2-3 weeks for S/C results
2) No EUA; not a surprise for me (on the record saying I wasn't expecting this to materialize).
3) Compensation scheme perhaps will not be approved (rightly so). This will create some upheaval inside CYDY's board.
THE UGLY::
1) The muddying of the CD10 EUA application is not acceptable. NP has to clarify this. Investors should not be subjected to "word games". If NP says it is "open" with investors it has to do exactly so. He needs to explain this promptly and extensively, with the help of Christine, of course .
2) Nader is losing his temper and that is not good. His behavior during the conference(s) needs polishing. He is dealing with respectful questions that need to be addressed respectfully and thoroughly. I know he is not, but sometimes came across as insolent during last meeting.
I am VERY long and very patient. Not even thinking on selling a single share ... the day will come. Have waited many years and will continue doing so more now that we are very close to the promised land. We are approved for one indication and the dam will collapse ....
