It's an offhand comment on the value he places on LL.
My sense after some accommodation of an EUA..FDA...MHRA..something provocative moving us forward would present itself as a catalyst to move forward with Licensing, royalties and hang on to the proprietary patents etc and start deal-making on the various indications.
They have scientists coming on board with specific territorial turf for a good reason. They are not there to be cheerleaders.
