Potential, is just that “potentially future rewards!” Clearly the molecule is a potentially wonderful drug but if it cannot get through the painful approval hurdles, there maybe too many other drugs that will minimize the potential. We have seen how effective big pharma can be.

So, I agree with NP, sell the whole enchilada, but the price will have to be structured to balance the risk for the buyer and the rewards for the seller. So do what is common in the industry, upfront down payment and healthy future royalties (covers all of the potential indications listed by Ohm). Mab’s are hot! So strike while the iron is still hot.
