I have heard on several CC's many attempts including today for a caller to try and lock in a time frame ...for this or that, and NP always says the same thing...don't try to pin me down..I'm waiting ..just like you.
I have dealt with Gov't agencies across North America and they all slow play,,,whether it be incompetence or the need for out sized caution...I can't be sure.
That my friends is the price you pay to get on the ride. The reality is you are dealing with entities, novel situations and background noise you may not be aware. I also think that NP flirts with us at the end with closing remarks that might suggest imminence. Don't blink !! I think is one of them.
