I agree and believe you are exactly correct. The obfuscation over CD10 EUA is not acceptable.
Nonetheless, efficacy in s/c CD12 population is what matters, IMO.
Failure in s/c, even if m/m EUA was granted, would set Cytodyn back to waiting on HIV.
I am extremely disappointed faith management. Easy enough to say that FDA and MHRA pear with CD10 but unwilling to act until CD12 interim results available.
Check back in two weeks. More treading water in the interim.
