I am a HARD no on the Executive Comp plan, too. The 100m shares was sold as funding for trials just weeks ago. $4 a share, just not realistic to expect again so soon.
One other point. Management already holds enough shares where our voice is limited. Much better that it is sold, generating cash for operations/trials and additional voting private shareholders.
