I am a HARD no on the Executive Comp plan. The 100m shares was sold as funding for trials that would presumably push us forward, not as a reward for doing the job the executives are already well paid to do. This pitch was done just a few weeks before they came up with the idea to update the Executive Comp plan. Are you telling me they didn't know then?
Get some approval (other than HIV) and then I can reconsider, but even then, they already hold millions of shares and with approval of COVID/ other, the massive windfall from an increase in the share price on their millions of shares is ample reward. I suppose if we're sitting at $100/sh, then I won't care, but at $4 bucks I don't like taking money from my pocket and putting it in somebody else's until it's earned.
