I see the need to compensate. But imo management is already very well compensated.
Granting 25 Million shares ($100 million at today SP) is waaaay above the pay level for employees that have not resulted in any approval for Leronlimab.
I would re-asses once we get an approval (any) or a BTD.
At the moment I think they have a good compensation and new hires should be rewarded once tangible (SP-moving) results are achieved.
Therefore I voted NO to the compensation scheme.
