Hi, Paul, sorry, but you may be posting this time frame based on one of my earlier incorrect posts yesterday... I eventually found the correct info for non-accelerated filers (should be us). The dates you are quoting are for larger and/or accelerated filers (not us):

Ok... so I found the "staleness dates" for non-accelerated filers (see link). 90 days after the close of the fiscal year. So ours would be 10/29.
SEC tries to get comments back to companies "within 30 days". 10/29 will come quickly, even if the SEC meets this 30 days. Joe will have to be quick with the turnaround on any comments...
