Hi Hylander, if my understanding is correct, I think SEC needs to approve the S1 134 days after 7/31 (end of fiscal year for the 10K)...so maybe around 12/14...
In order for the S1 to be approved by 12/14, GNBT needs to move asap...since we have no idea how long it would take for SEC to approve the S1
If anyone think otherwise, please let me know.
